Under Raffi's guidance, Petal Productions has blossomed into a beacon of creativity and excellence, boasting a diverse team of skilled designers, artisans, and sales professionals. Together, they are committed to exceeding every client's event design aspirations. Raffi takes immense pride in the enduring partnerships Petal has cultivated with some of South Florida's most prestigious hotels, synagogues, landmarks, and community organizations.

Carlos Muina

Carlos Muina, a Miami native of Cuban descent, has been with Petal for 15 years starting as a floral designer and growing with the company to become Chief Creative Officer and Head of Production. A constant student of the craft of floristry and a passion for design and attention to detail keeps him motivated to continue to innovate. With over 30 years experience in the event industry in Miami and New York Carlos's talents have been integral to the continued growth and success here at Petal. "There is nothing I am more proud of here at Petal than having built the best team in the industry."

Brittany Peitsmeyer

Brittany spent her early days curating epic house parties in her hometown of Columbus, Ohio, with a natural knack for envisioning & executing the most entertaining and aesthestically pleasing events for friends and family alike. From there she moved to Miami to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality from Johnson and Wales University, which allowed her to go on to explore all facets of the industry including but not limited to event planning, catering, and venue management. Now with over 15+ years of experience, Britt considers her portfolio of planners to be her most valuable asset. “This industry is about building relationships, then comes all the razzle-dazzle and if I'm lucky, a smoked ghost chair.” 

Lauren Platt

Lauren is an innovative and skilled Event Designer, with a keen eye for what is current. She brings 10+ years of experience curating and producing hundreds of events around the world. Her attention to detail, creativity, and eclectic style is captured through an innovative design process, bringing a fresh perspective to each event. 

Working as a valued resource together with her clients, Lauren ensures that everyone’s taste and personal touches are seamlessly integrated into every element. Her goal is to establish a trustworthy working relationship, while providing excellent service.

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations & Advertising, Lauren stands out as a professional who continues to redefine luxury events. She combines her expertise in event production, management, and creative direction, with a passion for creating unique and extraordinary experiences, leaving a lasting impression on clients and guests alike.

Maria Fernandez

Maria del Mar, best known as Mari, has exhibited an innate curiosity and passion for the intricacies of event production and management. Born in the vibrant island Cuba, raised with a backdrop of Panamanian culture, her curiosity for pursuing an event career brought her to Miami. There she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Creative Advertisement at the University of Miami, along with a Master’s in Hospitality Management at FIU. With over 10 years of event experience, Mari takes pride in executing her clients' visions beyond their highest expectations in addition to ensuring the rest of her Petal team's expectations are met which has made her a crucial part of Petal Productions' growth by combining her two passions: design and logistics.
